    Fill out the inquiry form and share a little bit about your day. We’ll check availability, answer questions, and make sure we’re the right fit for your vision.

  • 2. Let’s Talk

    We’ll connect by phone, Zoom, or in person. This is where we get to know you, learn what matters most, and talk through the parts of the day you want captured.

  • 3. Secure Your Date

    Once you choose your collection, a retainer and signed agreement lock everything in. Your date is officially saved, and the planning begins.

  • 4. Engagement Session Planning

    We’ll choose the perfect location, talk through wardrobe ideas, and plan a session that reflects your personality as a couple. This is your warm-up before the big day.

  • 5. Timeline Planning

    About 4–5 weeks before the wedding, we’ll build a detailed photography timeline so everything flows smoothly — lighting, family photos, travel time, and all the important moments.

  • 6. Family Photo Planning

    We’ll go over family combinations and special requests to ensure every meaningful relationship is captured seamlessly and stress-free.

  • 7. Wedding Day

    You soak it all in. We handle the rest, documenting every moment, every detail, every candid reaction, and the emotions you’ll want to relive for years.

  • 8. Gallery Delivery

    Within 8 weeks, your full gallery arrives beautifully edited, true to color, and ready to download, share, and print. Relive your day all over again.
