Having a solid timeline is incredibly beneficial because it helps us understand your priorities, keep the day stress-free, and ensure nothing gets missed.

Nope! For local and regional weddings, we don’t nickel-and-dime you with mileage fees or surprise travel charges. We like to keep things simple and transparent.

The only time travel costs come into play is if we need to hop on an airplane for your destination wedding or elopement. In those cases, we’ll chat through the travel details together so everything is clear and easy.

Otherwise, travel is on us because your focus should be on celebrating your big day, not calculating miles and your budget. All-inclusive is what we pride ourselves on… what’s in your collection is all you need to pay for.

Great question… and one we love helping couples figure out! The perfect ceremony time depends on a few key things: whether you’re planning a first look, keeping things traditional, your wedding season, your wedding venue arrival time, and (our favorite part) the best lighting of the day.

If you’re doing a first look, you’ll want a ceremony time that gives us space for getting-ready photos, your first look moment, wedding party portraits, and family photos… all without feeling rushed.

If you’re keeping it traditional and saving the big reveal for the aisle, we’ll help plan your ceremony so that portraits flow smoothly afterward and we still catch the best natural light.

And of course, we always consider sunset time, especially if those warm, glowing golden-hour portraits are on your wish list. Lighting shifts dramatically depending on the season, so your timeline in July will look very different from one in October.

We’ll walk through all of this together and recommend a ceremony time that keeps your day relaxed, beautifully lit, and perfectly photographed from start to finish if you are stuck. Our goal? With Andrew Samplawski Photography, our average turnaround time for wedding photography is 4–6 weeks, and our contract guarantees delivery within approximately 8 weeks. We like to under-promise and over-deliver because nothing feels better than seeing your gallery pop into your inbox earlier than you expected.

Every image you receive undergoes our rigorous true-to-color post-production process, which includes professional color correction, exposure adjustments, brightness and contrast refinement, hue and tint balancing, detailed shadow and highlight work, and much more. We take the time to ensure your photos look natural, vibrant, and authentic - just like the moments felt in real life. We pride ourselves in this and do not rush this process, as every image is hand-touched by Andrew and adjustments are made. No trendy filters. No orange skin tones. No desaturated greens.
